Founded by husband and wife team Luke Harwood and Gabrielle Mirkin, Activist is a Mānuka honey company built upon their shared passion for the earth and natural products, which can be traced to their childhoods in New Zealand. Activist is a family-owned and operated company, with Luke and Gabrielle’s involvement being far-reaching: from establishing relationships with their beekeepers (they even go surfing together!) to product innovation to building direct relationships with customers.
